Mr. Paul E. Himes is the President and CEO of Himes Associates, Ltd; an Owner’s Representative and Professional Services firm that provides nationwide Program Management, Project Management, Project Consulting, and Relocation Management.

With core competencies in design and construction management; risk management and mitigation; master budget and schedule development and implementation; Himes excels in simplifying and expediting the delivery of sophisticated and cutting-edge, business-critical properties. The firm has been in business for over 30 years and has provided services to a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, financial services firms, and data telecommunications developers within the mission critical and data center market.

All mission critical and data center projects benefit from Mr. Himes executive level leadership and involvement in negotiating contracts; providing claims management and quality control; and ensuring that earned value management is achieved on every project.
